Pokemon, like Mario and Link, is one of the popular franchises of the Nintendo Entertainment company.
Pokemon was originally a trading card game until it released a TV show and ultimately, a video game.
Since then, Nintendo was releasing a couple of Pokemon games through the years. In this article, I want to talk about the Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Game for the Nintendo 3DS.
The Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Game for the Nintendo 3DS is actually just a huge improvement over its predecessor, the Pokemon Ruby and the Pokemon Sapphire.
Now, you might be wondering why I want to talk about the two games. Actually, the plot of the two games is quite similar with only a few differences. I will talk about the differences between the two titles in this article.
The story of the game starts when the player arrives in the Hoenn region. His mother was a typical house mom and his father was hired as a gym leader in one of the Pokemon gyms in the region.
Then, the player character went ahead to see Professor Birch, only to find him getting attacked by a wild Pokemon. Professor Birch then tells you to choose between three of the tamed Pokemon from the Pokeballs present in the area.
The three Pokemon you can choose from are Mudkip, Treecko, and Torchic. One of them will be your starting Pokemon.
During the course of the game, you will have to get your own team of Pokemon so that you can compete in the Pokemon League.
The main antagonists of the game are different depending on which game you’re playing. If you’re playing Omega Ruby, you will be fighting against Team Magma. If you’re playing Alpha Sapphire, you will fight against Team Aqua.
That is one of the differences between the two games. Another difference between the two games is that when you play the Omega Ruby version, team Magma will try to use the Primal Groudon’s abilities to dry up the sources of water, making the land inhabitable for Land and ground-based Pokemon.
If you’re playing the Alpha Sapphire version, Team Aqua will attempt to use the Primal Kyogre to flood the world and make it a good place for water-based Pokemon.
And lastly, there are some Pokemon that are present only in either version of the game. There are a lot of them but the gist is that if you want more fire-based Pokemon, choose the Omega Ruby. If you want water-based Pokemon, choose the Alpha Sapphire.
After defeating the gym leaders, you can then participate in the Pokemon League where you will fight the Elite four and the champion.
The Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Game for the Nintendo 3DS still has the same turn-based battle system and the main idea here is to catch all of the Pokemon.
The Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Game for the Nintendo 3DS is a fantastic game and a great addition for people who are fans of the Pokemon franchise.
